Print Palette provides photo and art printing services, including file review, size and paper consultation, test prints, and related production services. Any work is subject to file suitability, material availability, and studio capacity, and the studio may decline or pause an order where the supplied files or requested materials are not suitable.
Prices are determined by print size, paper, and quantity, and any test print is billed separately unless stated otherwise in writing. Payment methods may include card or bank transfer, and production may begin only after the required payment and final approval have been received.

Any file preflight or review is limited to the agreed technical scope and does not include verification of spelling, names, dates, legal wording, or factual accuracy. The studio may recommend a test print where image translation, paper choice, or output quality should be checked before final production.
All customer-supplied images, artwork, fonts, and other content remain the responsibility of the customer, who must hold the rights needed for printing and use. Print Palette does not acquire ownership in customer content and does not grant rights in third-party material.

Print Palette uses reasonable care in handling files and production, but does not guarantee an exact screen match, identical results across different materials, or the same result between separate production batches. To the extent permitted by law, the studio is not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunity, or differences arising from approved files, material variation, or customer instructions.
